Реестр банковских гарантий по госконтрактам: в соответствии с законом гарантия, предоставляемая участником конкурса или аукциона, должна быть внесена в Реестр. Реестр должен снизить количество "Серых" гарантий, так как позволит контрагентам в режиме онлайн проверять подлинность документа. Заказчик обязан отказаться принять банковскую гарантию, если она отсутствует в Реестре.
